Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a silent haven with spacious rooms that included TV and air conditioning, offering a lovely view of the castle from a window that opened onto the street. However, the advertised wireless internet was a letdown. The service was a bit severe and unfriendly, and the location was great, within walking distance to key attractions. The dining experience was average with limited options. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were well-equipped.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are quite large, clean, and quiet, with a very good shower and a good TV. While the furniture is a bit shabby, the price is fair for what is provided. The location is excellent, close to the city center and attractions, ensuring a convenient stay. The service is efficient but lacks a warm and friendly touch.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was superb, right across from the Baluarte de Santiago with a side view of the castle. The rooms were of a much better standard for the same price, and I loved having a window that opened out onto the street. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hot-water shower and A/C made my stay very comfortable. However, the downside was the lack of fresh milk or cream for coffee, and at times, it felt overcrowded and difficult to reach.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The shower was excellent, and the TV provided good entertainment. The price for the room was reasonable, and the window view of the street and castle was charming.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, with a great shower and a nice TV. I especially loved the window that opened out onto the street, offering a side view of the castle. The standard of the rooms was top-notch, always pristine. The only downside was the lack of hand towels in the bathroom, which seemed a bit inconvenient for two people sharing.
